W. Keith Sikes, MA, LPC

Keith is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) who works with a broad range of ages and presenting problems. He is a graduate of Liberty University’s Clinical Mental Health (MA) program and is currently a doctoral student in Liberty’s Traumatology program. He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and is also a member of AACC’s Grief, Crisis, and Disaster Network. Keith has recently been involved in federal legislative efforts regarding mental health regulations for aviation personnel.

Keith believes that a mix of biblical counsel and theories discovered through research create a helpful blend of resources that will assist you with relational, personal, and spiritual problems. Following a client centered model, Keith uses a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and EMDR. A veteran, experienced high stress career person, student, and ordained minister, Keith welcomes those struggling with trauma and other perplexing difficulties.

Keith and his wife of 36 years live in Florence County. They have two adult children, four grandchildren (with one on the way), and two dogs. Keith is active in his local church and in the community. He enjoys running, cycling, swimming, and the local gym.
